Meetings

The Board of Directors met on December 19, 2024. Here are the highlights:

• 2023 990 tax return was approved.

• 2025 Budget was approved for $3.7 million with a 3% cost of living raise for the staff.

• End of the year bonus payments were approved for the staff.

• The Executive Director performance appraisal was reviewed.

• A slate of candidates was approved to move to the Annual Meeting for approval.

• An update of the food pantry meal pilot was given.

Upcoming Board Meeting:

The GFSC Board of Directors generally meets on the third Thursday of March, June, September, and December. Occasionally special meetings are called other times throughout the year.

• The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 10:15 am with a board meeting to follow immediately after.
