Health Services is helping Grand Forks County seniors live healthy, active and independent lives. Health promotion programs are provided in Grand Forks County to persons over the age of 60.  Registered Nurses provide health services at each of our meal sites, county senior centers and provide home visits as needed.  This program is intended  to be a monitoring system to aid you and your doctor in your long term well-being.  It is not to replace regular visits with your doctor.
