HEALTH SERVICES 
Health Services is helping seniors live healthy, active and independent lives. Health promotion programs are provided in Grand Forks and Nelson Counties to persons over the age of 60. Registered Nurses provide health services at each of our meal sites, county Senior Centers and provide home visits as needed. This program is intended  to be a monitoring system to aid you and your doctor in your long term well-being; it is not to replace regular visits with your doctor.

 
SERVICES PROVIDED 
  • Foot Care - Office Visit (Suggested Contribution for 60+: $14)
  • Foot Care - Home Visit (Suggested Contribution for 60+: $19)
  • Medication Setup (Suggested Contribution for 60+: $5)
  • Blood Pressure Screening (Suggested Contrib. for 60+: $1)

WHAT DO THE SERVICES COST? 
All services are provided on a suggested contribution basis. Seniors are encouraged to pay what they can afford. Federal, state and local funding help make up the difference.
