FROZEN MEALS
Our frozen meals are a great alternative to most frozen meals found in the grocery stores. Most meals have 500mg or less of sodium and are less than 30% of the calories from fat - and they are tasty! The meals are flash frozen and may be oven baked or microwaved.
Frozen meals are available to all seniors in Grand Forks County. Priority is given to rural GF County seniors and to Grand Forks city homebound seniors.

The cost of a frozen meal is $3.00. You will not be denied meals due to inability to pay. A Resource Team member may qualify you for free or reduced price meals. SNAP and EBT accepted. Credit cards and debit cards not accepted at this time.
